• “Services”: HR Tech platforms, AI solutions, SAP SuccessFactors services, analytics tools, integrations, consulting, and add-ons.
• “Platform”: RATech websites, applications, portals, dashboards, and software.
• “Content”: All text, graphics, software, data, documentation, media, and materials provided by RATech.
• “Customer Data”: Data submitted by customers or processed on their behalf.
• “Third-Party Services”: Tools, software, or platforms not owned by RATech but integrated or linked.

• Accessing our website,
• Requesting demos or services,
• Using any RATech platform,

you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

• Use services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit our software
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Access systems without authorization
• Infringe intellectual property rights

• RATech may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Certain services may be governed by separate commercial agreements, SLAs, or licensing terms.

• Copy, distribute, sublicense, or reproduce content without written permission.
• Use RATech branding without authorization.

Customer retains ownership of its Customer Data, subject to usage rights required to provide the Services.

• Other relevant data protection laws

• Does not control third-party services
• Is not responsible for their content, security, or practices
• Encourages users to review third-party terms and privacy policies

• Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are governed by commercial agreements.
• Late or unpaid amounts may result in service suspension.
• Taxes, duties, or levies are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

• Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
• RATech disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, HR results, or regulatory approvals.

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Violation of these Terms
• Breach of applicable laws

• For breach of these Terms
• For security or legal reasons
• Upon contract expiration

Upon termination, access rights cease immediately.
